Together Britain Collective supports investment in digital infrastructure, civic-tech startups, and innovation hubs. These are integrated with the Universal Wellbeing Fund and participatory platforms so that technology empowers communities and modernises public services.

What We Propose

  • Investment in digital infrastructure for nationwide high-speed broadband — Ensuring every household and business can access fast, reliable broadband, with targeted support for underserved and rural areas.
  • Support for civic-tech startups and innovation hubs — Grants, incubator space, and partnerships for startups that build tools for democracy, participation, and public service delivery.
  • Integration with the Universal Wellbeing Fund and participatory platforms — Digital systems that allow citizens to use UWF credits, vote on projects, and access services through a single, accessible interface.
