Our commitment
Together Britain Collective is committed to a Britain where everyone can thrive — regardless of who they are or who they love. Our LGBT Division exists to centre LGBT+ perspectives in our policy work, events, and community action.
We believe in equality under the law, inclusive public services, and politics that listen. From health and wellbeing to civic engagement and education, our national policies are designed to support every citizen. The LGBT Division ensures that LGBT+ lived experience shapes how we campaign and what we fight for.

We support an NHS and health system that serves everyone — including LGBT+ people. Mental health, sexual health, and inclusive care are at the heart of our health policy.
